Can I purchase any of the XpressVal suite of products individually?

The only products that can be purchased individually are XpressCentral and XpressSketch. XpressMobile is the software that is installed on the Tablet PC's which cannot function without the installation of XpressCentral and to run XpressDataExchange, the XpressCentral database is required.

Can you advise of the minimum technical requirements required to install the software?

Upon request a comprehensive document can be provided that clearly explains the minimum and recommended requirements.

Can I arrange a demonstration before making a decision?

We highly recommend a demonstration at our office so you can see the system working in a 'live' environment. Arrangements can also be made to conduct a demonstration at your office although we also provide online demonstrations to accommodate.

Can our existing data be migrated?

Migration of data is possible; however, we will need to review a sample of your data to confirm exact details.

Do I host my own data or does XpressVal?

Your data is stored on your server in your office. Therefore, no one other than you has access to it. This increases your security, speed and the reliability of your system.

Do you have data exchange set up with major lending portals?

Yes, XpressVal recognises that it is important to be able to exchange data with lending portals. We currently have two working web services with data exchange in place.

Can the sales database be stored locally on the machine?

The sales database is a ‘live’ up to date system which is why sales are not carried locally. i.e. Each new sale that is added would automatically become immediately available in the ‘live’ database. This also becomes too cumbersome as it slows down the speed of the machine and a clean out of old sales would have to be done quite regularly to keep the size of the database down. It is much simpler to run a sales search while in the office or an area with mobile reception and download prior to an inspection or a CSV report can be created in the reports tab of the Admin section of XpressCentral by selecting a date range and suburb.
