support & training


Following the purchase of XpressVal products there is a software and maintenance contract which is compulsory for the first year and highly recommended after that.

This contract includes:

  • Full helpdesk support
  • All software updates
  • Response within 24 hours for all support queries
  • Response within 2 hours for all urgent queries, with ETA to fix the problem
  • Full-day training session at XpressVal office for a 'live' environment demonstration
  • On-site training following installation

Support will only be charged where the XpressVal system has not been at fault.
